Daily Habits

  • Sleep from 9pm to 5am 😴
  • Get up at 5am ⏰
  • Level 0: 15 min calisthenic workout πŸ’ͺ🏻
    • Level 1: Onnit 6 program (60 min calisthenic workout or Yoga)
    • Level 2: Onnit 6 program again at higher level or Kettlebell version
  • 20 min meditation πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ
    • Level 2: 25 min
  • Cold shower 90 seconds 🚿
    • next step: Wim Hof workshop & increased cold exposure time
  • Turn off all screens latest 8:30pm 8:00pmπŸ’»
    • next level: Monthly 24hr digital detox day

Nutrition & Supplements πŸ₯¦

  • Vegan protein & super food shake πŸ₯›
    • as part of my morning routine
  • Biohacking coffee β˜•οΈ
    • 5 days a week on / 2 days off
    • 1 to 2 coffee a day (= max. 17g 10g coffee beans = 90 mg caffeine)
      • Usually one in the morning
      • Sometimes one in the “late” morning (11:00 am latest)
  • Cooking & preparing healthy food πŸ₯‘
  • CBD oil
    • 1 – 2x weekly for sleep and overall health
  • No sugar πŸͺ
    • β€œSugar” = refined sugar or cane sugar
    • Exceptions: Food that contains less than 3% sugar (like bread, toast and other processed crap I shouldn’t be eating)
  • No alcohol 🍺
    • Never drank a lot anyways, did zero alcohol from 2015 to 2017 before (Did not count “Tiramisu” as alcohol even though it contains some)
    • Due to my Qualia Mind / Nootropics experiments = Zero at the moment – Qualia Mind should not be taken together with alcohol or other recreational drugs

Biohacking Experiments I did in the past

  • 30 days no gluten -> little effect
  • 7 days paleo diet -> More energy, definitely eat more paleo since the 7 day experiment
  • Water enema -> No effect?
  • Getting up at 04:30am -> Too early
