- Exceptions: Food that contains less than 3% sugar (like bread, toast and other processed crap I shouldn’t be eating)
- No alcohol 🍺
- Never drank a lot anyway, did zero alcohol from 2015 to 2017 before (Did not count “Tiramisu” as alcohol even though it contains some)
- Due to my Qualia Mind / Nootropics experiments = Zero at the moment – Qualia Mind should not be taken together with alcohol or other recreational drugs

Biohacking Experiments I did in the past
