Nutrition, Supplements & Nootropics

  • Vegan protein & super food shake πŸ₯›
    • as part of my morning routine
  • Biohacking coffee β˜•οΈ
    • 5 days a week on / 2 days off
    • 1 to 2 coffees a day (= max. 17g coffee beans = 142 mg caffeine)
      • Usually one in the morning
      • Sometimes one in the afternoon (14:00 latest)

  • Cooking & preparing healthy food πŸ₯‘
    • Weekly meal plan
    • Next level: Improve with the help of a nutrition expert to achieve my desired level of fitness & bodyweight
  • No sugar πŸͺ
    • β€œSugar” = refined sugar or cane sugar
    • Exceptions: Food that contains less than 3% sugar (like bread, toast and other processed crap I shouldn’t be eating)
  • No alcohol 🍺
    • Never drank a lot anyways, did zero alcohol from 2015 to 2017 before (Did not count “Tiramisu” as alcohol even though it contains some)
    • Due to my Qualia Mind experiment = Zero at the moment – Qualia Mind should not be taken together with alcohol or other recreational drugs
